We may use the email address which you provide to us to communicate with you, however, we do not disclose your email address to any other party, except, of course, your registered employer.
We may use the information you provide to us to improve our Site. Of that information, we may use some of it in a non-identifying form to share with third parties which may be advertisers on our Site, but we will not include any information provided to advertisers which may be used to identify you.
